The aim of the paper to study impact of training on employees’ performance, to analyze this concept ITC ltd is consider as a case. Chirala and Anaparti two divisions of ITC ltd, prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh are selected purposefully and sample size of employees 250 member from each branch. Total 500 employees are interviewed in order to collect information regarding influence of training on their job performance. A structured questionnaire is used to collect opinions of employees; employees are questioned many ways in order to have quality of information. One interesting fact that both divisions employees given similar opinion in answering questions. Chi square test has applied to test training impact on employees’ performance. The analysis found that more than 90.00 per cent employees at both branches motivated to attend work regularly and conceptual skills and procedures having much impact on employees’ performance.

Industry has seen stable growth rate in premium in all years except 2011-12, 2012-13 sector overall penetration and density is only USD 53.2. Policies sold by individual agents in overall industry are stable and for the period of 2012-13, life insurers issued 441.87 lakh new policies. The aim of this paper is to study the water consuming behavior of consumers in Theni district, Tamil Nadu, India. A sample of 240 consumers had taken for the purpose of this study. The Theni district has been purposively selected for the present study. The study covered socio-economic factors, money spent on water and source of drinking water of consumers. Majority of respondents are using municipal water for drinking and spending less than 500 rupees per month for water. As well as for household purpose key source of water is municipality tap inside the house and outside the house. The money spent of household water too is less than 500 rupees. About 67.50 percent respondents are from semi-urban area because most of areas in Theni district are semi-urban and rural.
