Right to Speech and expression is not only fundamental right but a basic human right. It is only this animal which is given a boon to express in words by the God. When we speak or express we have information which our capacity as human beings help us to acquire, use and store information which is essential for our survival. Both these rights i.e. right to speak and expression and right to be informed goes parallel to each other and it is evident both should be equally be protected to be meaningful. Hence, the author here has made an effort to bring out a knit between the rights.
The main objective of this paper is to analysis the impact of macroeconomic variables on the stock market of Nigeria. For this purpose; we have taken the data from 1986 to 2014 and applied the various tests on it. The results of analysis in this paper are showing that some variables are negative impacts on the stock exchange and some variables are positive impacts on the stock market of the Nigeria. This paper analyzed that stock market has the vital role in the economic development of economy.
This study investigated the determinants of volume of fish production in fisheries cooperatives. The specific objectives of this study are (i) to assess the performance of fisheries cooperatives, (ii) to identify the determinants of volume of fish production, (iii) to identify the challenges and opportunities of fisheries cooperatives. Data for the study were obtained from 149 members of fisheries cooperatives. To deal with the objectives of this study both qualitative and quantitative methodologies were used respectively through primary and secondary data. The primary data used structured and unstructured questionnaires interview schedule. Data analysis were used both descriptive statistic tools and multiple regression econometric models. The estimates results of ordinal least square econometric model shows that Access of gears, Extension linkage and Institution Contact, volume of fish marketed and years of Fish Farming Experience were positively relationship and significantly that affect the volume of fish production Household income and distance nearby market were positively relationship and insignificance at any level and Sex, Age, Household monthly income of fish and Credit were negatively relationship and insignificant. The result of descriptive statistic techniques and ordinal least square econometric models were recommended that there is a need of urgent to focusing on the best coping mechanisms needed based on the situation of marginalizes fisheries cooperatives otherwise the cooperatives in the study area will never be alive in the future.
Self-compassion is a newly developed construct in the field of Positive psychology. It involves being kind, warm and standing with understanding towards oneself when one suffers, fails or feels inadequate, rather than criticizing and blaming oneself or ignoring the pain and negative feelings. A plethora of studies has highlighted its beneficial outcomes on people’s psychological prosperity. In the present study, we examined the psychometric properties of the Greek version of Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). The standardization was carried out in a sample of 642 Greek adults, ranging from 18 to 65 years old. Results showed that the SCS has satisfactory reliability and validity indexes. Moreover, the factorial structure of the scale matches the ones found in previous studies in many countries.

Apparently this possessed a paradox since the technological advances made in both of software and hardware to increased internet security measures are also available to cyber criminals who immediately use of them to counteract these measures of cyber crime. Cyber crimes have progressed into serious threat and proper legislation and prosecution is badly needed to combat them. Cyber crime legislation are always lagging behind those fast-growing technological advances which are used by the criminals as well as those who wish to combat them. There is also a needed to consider the competing interested between individual rights of privacy and free speech, and the integrity of both public and private networks system.
The growth and popularity of online social networks has created a new world of collaboration and communication. Facebook and Twitter are two social computing systems that have become increasingly popular among university students. The paper aimed at studying students usage patterns of social networking sites. Study area confined to Gambella University students of Gambella, Ethiopia. 194 samples have taken for the study with simple random sampling technique and data collected through a pre-tested questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and Chi-square test are used to study usage patterns of social networking sites. The results have revealed many interesting facts related to study such students associate social networking sites in just a highest proportion with academic usage and communication as second preference Mostly, social media is used 30+ minutes per day and students log on network several times in a day, Furthermore there were no biographical differences in the usage patterns and reasons of using social media.
