Most marketers understand the value of collecting customer data, but also realize the challenges of leveraging this knowledge to create intelligent, proactive pathways back to the customer. Data mining - technologies and techniques for recognizing and tracking patterns within data - helps businesses sift through layers ofseemingly unrelated data for meaningful relationships, where they can anticipate, rather than simply react to, customer needs. In this paper we provide a business and technological overview of data mining and outlines how, along with sound business processes and complementary technologies, data mining can reinforce and redefine customer relationships. We are seeing today widespread and explosive use of database technology to manage large volumes of business data. The use of databasesystems in supporting applications that employ query based report generation continues to be the main traditional use of this technology. However, the size and volume of data being managed raises new and interesting issues. Can we utilize methods wherein the data can help businesses achieve competitive advantage, can the data be used to model underlying business processes and can we gain insights from the data to help improve business processes. These are some of the issues which we address in this paper.

While mobile phones usage is rather an unexamined type in academic literature, this empirical study attempts to investigate consumer purchasing motives in cellular mobile market and looked where to buy, whom to buy, how often they buy and how often they used it. By knowing this the mobile companies can improve their products. This study carried out these objectives i.e. to study the buying attitudesof mobile phone users, to know and understand the brand preferences of mobile phones users, to study the usage pattern of mobile phone users. In order to know the buying behavior of consumers, initially Khammam town has chosen for the sampling. By using a Stratified sampling, a sample of 475 collected from the entire town.
To evaluate the effects of complete replacement of Fish Meal (FM) protein by Shrimp Waste Meal (SWM) on the growth, carotenoid and Proximate compositionof Koi carp, diets containing 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% Shrimp Waste Meal (SWM) were fed to triplicate groups of fish with an initial mean weight 3.25 ± 0.03 g/fish under tap water for the 60 days. Fish fed diet containing 100% SWM exhibited the lowest Specific Growth Rate (SGR).Where as highest was recorded in 50% SWM. The fish fed 25 and 50% SWM had better Feed Conversion Rate (FCR) value than those fish fed with 75 and 100% SWM supplement. There was no significant difference in weight gain among the fish fed diets with 75% and 100% SWM. The highest body protein content was observed in fish fed diets with25 and 50% SSM compared to the initial fish. The lowest total protein content was obtained with the fish fed diet with 100% SSM. The highest survival was recorded in 50%. There were no significant differences in total lipid content and carbohydrate content among the fish fed diet with 25% to 100%. The highest cartenoid content (0.181 ± 0.008 mg/100g) was recorded in 100% of fish fin. Lowest range was recorded in control. According to the present study, it was concluded that SWM is a promising alternative protein source to fish mealin Koi carp. SWM can effectively replace fish mealup to 50% in the diet of Koi carp.

In this paper we introduce the concepts of essential extension and rational extension to N-modules which are generalization of the notions essential extension and rational extension for modules over rings. Hans H. Storrer has introduced the notion of critical left ideals in the theory of rings, and has given a generalization of primary decomposition to non-commutative rings. In this paper we extend the notion of critical left ideals to near-rings. The relation between critical left ideals and left ideals of type 0 is studied in terms of the concepts essential extension and rational extension. Also we extend the notions of Primary, Co primary and Z-S Co primary for N-modules and some interesting results are obtained. All the near-rings are assumed to be zero-symmetric right near-rings with throughout this paper. Also the N-modules under consideration are all left-modules which are unital.
